My name is Tracy Carter and I am the Fundraising Chairman for Highland Rim Habitat for Humanity (HRHH).† I would like to present you with an opportunity to build corporate comradery and support your local community all in one event.† On December 2, 2017, the HRHH will be hosting a 5K Reindeer Fun Run/Walk in Waggoner Park in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Letís look at how this run meets the goals above.

Did I mention this is a color run?! A color run is a five-kilometer, un-timed event in which participants are showered from head to toe in different colors of powdered chalk.† Build comradery by having your employees assist in the dispersing of powder onto the runners at color stations along the course, at the beginning or end of the race, or at our Color War Zone. Not enough fun for you? How about building a Corporate Team?† Corporate team runners receive a discount of $5 when they sign-up directly with the HRHH office.† They will each receive a Color Blaze race kit with 1 individual packet of color powder, 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 inspirational bracelet, 2 temporary tattoos, and a Color Blaze sticker.† They would also be eligible for the Best Dressed Team competition where they can let their love of rainbow colors, tutus, and absolute zaniness shine!† After all thatís what a color run is all about?

Supporting your local community by becoming a Color Sponsor.† Sponsorship cost is $200 and includes a table for staging of personnel, a 25 pound bag of your choice of colored chalk, and powder dispensers.† You have the option of adding an additional 25 pound bag of color for

$150 each if you really want to make a statement.† There is also the added bonus of your sponsorship acknowledgment in HRHH race promotion and marketing.† Color run events tend to draw in large crowds which equals the publicity for your organization and the ability for HRHH

to continue with its mission of working towards a world where everyone has a decent place to live and building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.

I hope Iíve piqued your interest.† Send me an email or give me a call and Iíll be happy to discuss the event, the race day schedule, and other opportunities to help.† I can be reached at

931-434-3753 or† tracy_carter@mac.com.† I hope to hear from you soon!
