Get involved

Bring your hands. Bring your heart.

There is a place for everyone at Highland Rim Habitat, whether you have years of construction experience or are ready to learn something new.

Individual volunteering

Volunteer on a build, help with a non-construction project, or support a local event. Every hour helps a family move closer to home.

Apply through POINT

Group volunteering

Bring your team, church, school, or community group. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, and group size may be limited by the current build schedule.

Safety first

Every volunteer should feel prepared.

Before serving on a build day, volunteers review the current safety guidance and follow the direction of HRHFH staff and site leaders. Questions about age requirements, preparation, or a specific opportunity are always welcome.

Ask about volunteer safety

Leadership opportunities

Help guide the future of Highland Rim Habitat.

Qualified community members who want to offer strategic guidance can ask about current Board of Directors openings and ways to serve.

Build days

When there is an active house, we build together.

Build Day opportunities are published as projects become available. Use POINT to complete the volunteer process and watch this space for upcoming construction events.
